I am currently experiencing issues on the Vercel platform about TSL certifications. As the title suggests, the issue happens on the Arc Browser (latest) on mobile platform (tested on iPhone 15, iOS 26.2) with the domain “.vercel.app”. Suppose all certificates of the domain shall be valid. But with the Arc Browser, it will show an error message about TSL error causing the connection established to not be safe. This makes the site unreachable.
The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.
You can also use v0 to narrow down the possibilities.
I’m having the same issue as well - it was working a few days back, but has stopped working since yesterday.
I’m also having the same issues with Arc Browser
I’m using Arc and not seeing these issues. Are you folks still seeing this?
Yes, I also have this problem since a few days/weeks. I suppose Arc Search (Arc mobile app) uses a kind of blocklist that has recently added vercel.app domain.
Here is the error page I have when gpoing on any [example].vercel.app with Arc Search:
Translation:
An SSL error has occurred and it is impossible to establish a secure connection with the server.
This happens even when the vercel.app domain has a 308 redirection towards another domain. So no redirection is done, just this error page.
Here also still an issue on arc search on ios. Safari loads the vercel apps just fine.
Please fix, this breaks my workflow😬
Yup same here! Not the ones with custom domains, but the ones with .verve.app
Seems issue is different, Working for me in Arc.
Only difference than post is, I am using iPhone 13 @ 26.1 iOS
I’m using an iPhone 12 mini with iOS 18.7.2 and I have this problem. But I have this problem only on the Arc Search app. Not on the old Arc app, not on chrome, etc.
