Hi,

can you provide details of who from Vercel/V0 I can subpoena, as I wish to raise a case in the UK Small Claims Court for a refund of some fees (for example, when the GPT takes payment from tokens but makes no actual changes to the code or when GPT is offline but V0 still allows prompts to run and takes token payments)?

Unfortunately your refund process puts too much emphasis of the user to provide evidence rather than using your own logs to investigate failed prompts.
