Transferring purchased credits from Personal to Pro plan

I had a premium plan and had just bought another $60 worth of credits. I was trying to push my project to Github, when it insisted that I need a Team or Pro plan to do that (which is odd as other platforms don’t distinguish, but anyways).

Instead of just ‘upgrading’ my Premium to Pro, it created a whole new Pro and now my purchased credits are just sitting there in Free Personal account. Can I please transfer them to Pro? This is all very confusing. All I wanted was to save my project to Github. I am just a hobbyist.

The whole experience is frankly too complex.

It seems like you’ve upgraded to v0 Team instead of v0 Premium, this is why your personal and team plan are separated, including the credits.

Also, I’m able to use GitHub integration on my personal free v0 plan, so I think we’re missing something because you should be able to use the free plan for GitHub as well.

That being said, I’d say you can get the refund for your v0 team plan from the Help by asking the chat bot specifically a refund for this payment and then continue to use your v0 free plan.
