Hi I have been building a prototype on the free personal plan and have run out of credits.
Since I want to continue, I clicked “upgrade”.
I saw that I could get 30 credits for signing up as a Team - which I happily did. (I really only want credits but didn’t see that as an option)
I expected my personal project to be rolled into my Team account (or at least have credits applied across the both).
I’m sad to say, how I have credits on an empty plan, when I need them for my personal plan. Help!
How can I?
Either transfer credits back to the personal plan?

Get access to my personal plan from my teams
I’ve been really loving using the product so far, and hope the customer service is as good as the features.

Every account has a “personal team” which is where your projects currently are, and then when you upgrade to v0 Teams you get a new team for that sub which has its own credit pool
These are designed for collaboration so you can add multiple people to this team and they can all draw down from the same shared credit pool, like a company v0 account. For that reason they need their own separate credits which only apply to chats inside that team.
It’s fine to use the Team plan as an individual too though
There are two ways to transfer projects from your personal team to your new team
Single project
At the top right of a chat, click this settings cog dropdown
