Unable to sign up - phone number blocked, verification not working

I’m trying to create a new Vercel account but I’m unable to complete phone verification. I receive a message saying my phone number is blocked and to wait 12 hours. After waiting 24+ hours, the issue persists.

When checking developer tools, I see a twilio_verify_error.

I’ve already submitted the Account Recovery Form over 24 hours ago but haven’t received a response yet.
