Urgent: Expired .pl domain – cannot renew or transfer, business down

I’m in a critical situation and need help urgently.

**What happened:**

My .pl domain was set to expire on May 30th. On that day I attempted to renew it – the payment went through but was immediately refunded. My website was still working that day, even though the dashboard already showed the domain as expired. On May 31st the site went down completely. I tried again with the same card, then with a different card – same result both times: payment processed, then refunded. I contacted my bank – they confirmed the transactions were processed correctly on their end and the refund came from Vercel’s side.

After researching, I found that Vercel has discontinued support for .pl domains. I believe this is also affecting renewals of existing .pl domains, which would explain why my payments keep getting refunded with no error message.

**Why I’m stuck:**

I cannot renew the domain (payments are rejected silently).

I cannot transfer it to another registrar because I need the EPP/auth code.

The EPP code is not visible in my dashboard because the domain is shown as expired.

I have an open support ticket (#01wVGDPyTTMeGLud) with no response.

**The impact:**

My business website is completely down. I cannot serve customers or generate any revenue. Every day matters – the domain is in the redemption period and time is running out before it’s gone permanently.

**What I’m asking for:**

Either provide me with the EPP/auth code so I can transfer the domain to another registrar, or restore the ability to renew it. This situation was caused by Vercel’s decisions – I should not be losing my domain as a result.

Is there anyone from the Vercel team or community who can help escalate this? I’m happy to verify ownership of the domain.
