Urgent: Follow-up on Build CPU Minutes Refund Request - Pending 2 Weeks

I submitted a support request approximately 2 weeks ago regarding an accidental deployment loop that caused excessive Build CPU Minutes usage on my account.

The situation: Our image migration script was misconfigured and triggered hundreds of back-to-back deployments without the [skip ci] flag, resulting in hundreds of hours of Build CPU time being consumed before we identified and resolved the issue.

We have since fixed the script, implemented the [skip ci] flag, and prevented further deployments. I requested a one-time usage waiver for this accidental spike.

I have not received a response to my original request. Given the financial impact and the time elapsed, I’m requesting urgent review of my case and account history.
