I’m reaching out to ask if someone could review my billing situation.
I recently received my invoice for this month, totaling $544.55 USD, and noticed that $507.17 USD came from Build CPU Minutes.
After investigating, I discovered that several of my projects had accidentally been configured to use Turbo build machines instead of Standard. This was an oversight on my part, and I wasn’t aware that these settings would generate such a significant increase in build costs.
As soon as I identified the issue, I immediately changed all of my projects back to Standard to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I haven’t been actively working on these projects this month, so this charge was completely unexpected and unfortunately represents a very significant expense for me.
I fully understand that the usage was generated, but I was hoping the Vercel team could review my account and consider whether a one-time courtesy refund or billing adjustment for the $507.17 USD in Build CPU Minutes might be possible due to this accidental configuration.
