I am writing to report an issue with my credit balance on the Premium plan.
Problem
According to the official documentation, unused monthly credits should roll over and remain valid for 65 days. However, after the renewal, my balance only showed $20 instead of the expected $40. I used those $20 yesterday (March 25th), but the $20 from the previous cycle never appeared to have rolled over.
Timeline
March 24th: Billing cycle renewed and I was charged $20.
Before renewal: I had $20 in unused credits from the previous month, which I understood were valid until March 28th.
March 25th: Used the current $20 balance.
Could you please look into my account and restore the missing credits that should have accumulated?

Based on this documentation:
I had $20 in unused credits from the previous cycle (which should expire after 65 days, not at the end of the month).
On March 24th, my plan renewed and I was charged another $20.
Therefore, my total balance should have been $40.
However, my account only showed $20 after the renewal. Could you please review my account under the v0 Premium framework and restore the $20 that should have rolled over according to your terms?
