Vercel domain not released from infrastructure after deletion

We see this in error in the AWS CDN when we are trying to add for the alternate domain. pls find screenshot attached for the error.

  1. Go to AWS Console.
  2. Search for Cloud Front
  3. Create new distribution
  4. After creating add the alternate domains for redirection. And below is the error.
