Vercel Hobby account remains paused after fair use limit quota reset

Problem

My Vercel Hobby account fanzhuo’s projects was blocked after exceeding fair use limits due to external attacks.

Current Behavior

Even though the quota has reset, the account and projects remain paused.

Expected Behavior

The account should be unblocked or resumed automatically after the billing cycle/quota reset.

I had MP3 audio files on my site that were being scraped and abused, causing high bandwidth. I have removed them.
