Will no one from the Vercel team answer me or help me with this? Honestly, updates are made to improve this was to end everything. I paid $20 for the cloth and I can’t get a refund and I can’t even use it, because the Vercel team doesn’t respond anywhere.

It’s not the same as before when you bought the premium plan and it was automatically already in your account for you to use! This update prioritized everything.

Let’s see brother if they will solve this, if it will be fast or slow, I always plan my week on Sunday, but because of this incident the week was completely messed up.

@gabrielsp680-gmailco it has been a catastrophe I can’t lie, however once I overcame the initial shock of my project and many other ideas being put into question, I switch over onto another resource, whilst I await feedback from these guys. Currently I can build the solution locally but for me V0 offers some really good UIX design which is going to be hard to rival… Fortunately I have been carving away at this project for approx. 6 months now, learning as I went along how v0 behaves. Some things I learnt very early on are 1. Fork after every feature no mater how small 2. always always always add to your prompts “DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE bla bla bla” and 3. Always download your source code and keep a local version just in case happens . Fortunately those lessons have stood me in good sted to minimise the impact of whatever is going on… I raised this issue regarding the augmentation in v0 behaviour / output a couple of days ago so they have an audit of for how long my account has been inoperable by usual v0 standards and so I hope I am compensated at least for that, as I would thereafter be able to make a more informed decision about whether I choose to continue to use the platform … Let’s see
I hope they quickly resolve this issue with my premium plan so I can get back to working at Vercel, because we pay a lot and end up not being able to use it. If I had known, I wouldn’t have even gotten the premium plan, for now I would wait to fix these errors.

I think you don’t understand, I bought it and paid for it, but I can’t use the v0.dev program because it’s asking me to buy more credit up to the $20 premium plan and I don’t want to buy it, I want to use my premium plan.

@anshumanb I have more than 5 client projects that are late, charging me, 4 days without anyone being able to solve anything about it, then you say that “I will contact you as soon as we have news”. Man, I need to work and the only thing that is delaying me is this problem with the premium plan, if I stay 2 more days without working I will lose all my clients and projects because of this problem with the premium plan, I need you to solve it as soon as possible, please.
