Why v0 student verification fails for University of Nigeria .edu.ng emails

I’m trying to verify my student plan on v0, but I keep getting the error:

“Email must be from an allowed institution.”

My school is the University of Nigeria, and my email ends with .edu.ng, so I expected it to be eligible.

Is .edu.ng not supported, or is there a whitelist issue for certain institutions?

Has anyone else from a Nigerian university successfully verified their account?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
