Accidental Upgrade to Team Plan – Requesting Refund Support

Hi, I really need help. This is my first time using Vercel, and I accidentally upgraded to the [Supabase] Team Plan, which immediately charged $599. I realized the mistake within minutes and downgraded the plan right away.

The charge happened on May 22, 2025, and I have the invoice and receipt available to share in private if needed.

This was a genuine mistake and I’d really appreciate your help in initiating a refund process. Please let me know how I can proceed or where I can securely provide the full billing details.
