Billing Issues when downgrading to Hobby Plan on Vercel

Hello,

I am still being charged for team seats despite being the only member and downgrading to the Hobby plan. I want to know why I’m still being charged for team seats when I’m the only member left and have downgraded to the Hobby plan. Could you please remove the invoices? because i don’t need the team seats anymore also the pro plan. I also want to ask, why i have two invoices right now in May 2025? i already open support ticket (#504571 and #504415) but still got no answer and they keep charged me for the failed payment. Thanks

I’m extremely sorry that you are facing this issue. You did the right thing by opening the support case. However, it is best to stick to only one issue because otherwise the support team might get confused with duplicate tickets.

Our support team is best equipped to support sensitive product areas such as accounts and billing so I assure you that you’ll hear back from the team as soon as they get to the tickets.

Hi, thank you for the response. Actually, I’m making this community post because my support case still didn’t got response at all. My concern was it keep charging me the fee for payment failed because of the open invoices. I hope the team can solve this as fast as possible. i think it is a bug where the team seats it supposed to be free when in the hobby plan if you are only the member, and i’m migrating from Pro plan to Hobby plan maybe triggering that issue. Thanks
