This sounds like it may be a v0 billing or credit-balance issue rather than your credits actually being gone.
From the v0 pricing docs, credits work like a prepaid balance, and generations should draw from your available credit balance. The docs also say unused monthly credits roll over to the next billing cycle and expire after 65 days.
A few things worth checking:

Open your v0 Billing page and confirm whether the $10 is listed as monthly credits, purchased credits, gifted credits, or team/shared credits.

Check whether the credits are shown as available, expired, pending, or attached to a different account/team.

Make sure you are using the same v0/Vercel account and workspace/team where the credits were purchased.

Try logging out and back in, then refresh the billing page and test again.

If it still says “out of credits” while your billing page shows an available balance, this is probably something Vercel staff need to inspect on the account side.
I would suggest opening a support request, or adding a screenshot of the v0 Billing page showing the remaining balance, while hiding private details such as email addresses, invoice IDs, and payment information.
