Invoice Payment via Credit Card Failing Despite Multiple Attempts

I am unable to pay the invoice using a credit card. I have already tried multiple credit cards, but none of them seem to work. The same issue happened last month as well, but it got resolved after I raised a ticket.
This time, however, even after raising a ticket, the issue has still not been resolved. Can I get some help with this? Also, is anyone else from India facing the same issue?

I received a payment link from the Vercel support chatbot. However, when I make the payment through it, the status shows: “Payment processing — your payment will be confirmed within 14 days.”

Also, when I click on the payment details, it shows:
Total Due: $60
Amount Paid: $0
Amount Remaining: $60

it would be great if someone from the community can help me out
