[URGENT] $10 Purchased Credits Not Working - Monthly Credits at $0

UPDATE: Still completely blocked.

$10 was charged successfully from my card. I have the receipt.
But v0 still says “You’ve reached your limit”.

This is impacting my SaaS development deadline.

@amyegan @vercel-team Can someone please check this billing issue?
