V0 hasn't worked for me with the new credit billing system

I have been using the v0 Pro plan everyday since March. Might have hit the daily message 3-4x in the past month. My personal usage is low since I’m only building one app.

On Saturday my Pro plan renewed but I’ve been locked out of my project. Vercel and v0 say I need to upgrade to Pro/Ultra. My v0 Billing and Usage says my $20 Pro plan renewed but I have $0 in credits available so I can’t chat in v0. Even when I say to Upgrade to Plan, the v0 page stalls at the Subscribing to Premium Plan page. I’ve been locked out of my project for almost 24 hours now.

My Usage Events section doesn’t load so I can’t view how my credits were consumed.

After a few minutes, an Error screen loads up in the Billing and Usage page.

I’ve contacted support and sales but haven’t heard back yet. Please help me solve this issue. Thank you.

Hi @vijarkohli-goldendoo, thanks for the report!

We’ve identified the issue with the Usage table and are shipping a fix - it will be live in ~10 minutes.

As for the upgrade dialog, we had a bug where some users were seeing that in place of the Purchase Credits dialog. I believe you were running into that - does that sound right?

Let us know if you encounter any further issues!

Thanks, Max. I appreciate it.

I had a similar upgrade dialog problem. The Purchase Credits dialog kept popping up, which didn’t make sense since I was charged $20 for the initial month’s billing.

The Usage Data table is very important for me to figure how to maximize credit usage.

Below is the dialog box problem I’m seeing. Since it pops up, I’m not able to see my code or preview anymore. Everything else is blank.

My Usage table is still showing an error. I can’t do anything within v0.

We’ve just deployed a fix that should resolve this

Can you check to see if you can correctly see usage data and send messages now?

The usage data works now. Thank you.

I guess 94 messages equates to $20.02 in credits, which I used up in one day (Sunday). Because of this bug, I had zero idea of credit-billing cost per message. It would be helpful if I can export my usage data to analyze inputs/outputs per message token. I’m not a developer so I need transparency to better understand costs.
