I purchased the V0 Premium plan, and although the payment was successfully processed (I was charged), I did not receive the credits that come with the plan.
Before upgrading, I still had the $5 monthly free credits, but after purchasing the premium plan:
Those free credits disappeared.
I did not receive the new credits included with the Premium plan.
Expected Behavior:
After purchasing the V0 Premium plan, I expected the subscription credits to be added to my account immediately.
###Actual Behavior:
The payment for the plan was successfully charged.
No credits were added to my account.
Same issue here — I’m on the V0 Team plan and this is my first month under the new credit-based billing (as it used to be prompt-count based). The $30 credits never appeared after the renewal charge.
My invoice came normally and still with ± 3 usd of credits usage on usage history - yet it says i ran out of credits. This is absurd and serious.
Can someone from the Vercel team verify the credit allocation for my account?

The same thing happened to me! At first, I used my free credits and everything was fine.
When I spent the $5, I added my $20 subscription and it wasn’t added to my account.
I’ve already submitted two tickets with screenshots of the debits and charges to my bank account.
We need a solution for this. It’s been going on for three days now.
