Why v0 shows out of credit on free plan after 2 days of inactivity

I am in using the free version of v0 and based on the pricing page, It shows that I can continue using the free but there will be 7 messages per day limit but I have not used the v0 for 2 days now but still showing out of credit. What happen?

When I see the billing:

Does this mean that there is 7 messages daily and there is a 5 dollar credit monthly in free. Is that correct?
