Difficulties with new usage-based token billing system (Pro plan )

We have recently transitioned to the new billing system.

I am a ‘Pro’ user, and we have registered as a ‘Team’ with two users.

Until now, we have thoroughly enjoyed using the service. However, as of today, we are experiencing several issues related to the new payment system.

While I have no issue paying for additional credits, I am currently unable to do so due to several obstacles. Based on screenshots of other users’ back offices, our interface appears different, and as ‘Pro’ members under the ‘Team’ plan, we are missing crucial utility features:

  • We cannot access token usage or an itemized bill/statistics under settings/billing.
  • There is no visibility on credit usage per message or other relevant statistics.
  • We cannot find an option to purchase additional credits.
  • There is no remaining credit balance displayed in the back office or on the V0 chat page.

As a result, we are now unable to continue development, as it states that we have run out of credits—despite only using the service for seven days. Given that we are paying $20 per Pro account user and $30 per user for a V0 account, this limitation renders the service ineffective.

The only alternative appears to be upgrading to an Enterprise plan, but as a small team of two part-time workers, this is not a viable solution for us.

Could you kindly assist with the following:

  • Where can Pro teams access usage statistics?
  • Where can Pro teams review their remaining credit balance?
  • Where can Pro teams purchase additional credits?

Additionally, the new pricing structure—featuring multiple layers of charges—appears excessive.

Currently, users are charged for:

  • A Pro Account
  • Seats (which seem to have no additional functionality)
  • Tokens (which we cannot locate for purchase, rendering the seats ineffective)

Given these limitations, the system unintentionally incentivizes downgrading to the Hobby plan unless these issues can be resolved.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to see your team’s credit balance and usage events at v0.dev/chat/settings/billing. Just make sure you’ve switched to the team context instead of your personal account.

It should look something like this:

If you see something different, make sure you’ve switched to the right team context with the selector at the top left

If you still don’t see your team’s billing and usage info after that, please share a screenshot of what you do see :folded_hands:

Whats now happening is since the migration - the chats are now taking double the amount of chats to compleate code. Ive topped up already and doing the most basic of functions has cost me extortionatly. Ive within the space of 2-3h used up all of my credit and feel like I have gotten nothing out of it.

Please help me to sort this out. Topped up twice and still got no where, feel like chats are purpously now not runnning correct changes but charging me the same.

Now got to wait another month to use the platform.

Yes I agree.
AI seems more stupid since changes.
For small fixes you are much better off to edit the code yourself. Also try to make one change at a time so it doesn’t get confused
