Domain purchased on Vercel, money deducted, shows as Third Party

I recently purchased the domain cml-international.com directly through Vercel using my card. The money has been deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive any confirmation email.

The domain appears in my Vercel dashboard, but it is showing as "Registrar: Third Party" instead of Vercel. I am unable to update the nameservers, and the domain status is "Invalid Configuration"—so I can't connect it to my site.

Same for me. I recieved the domain, deployed my site, but says that it is a third party site. WOULD LIKE THIS FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I don't want to lose this domain.

Same here. Bought the domain a couple months ago. Went to deploy today and its not resolving.

I get 404 errors, and I cannot change or add any nameservers. I bought my previous domain the same way and it works fine. Auto renewal is enabled for the old domain but the new one only shows third-party. The invoice looks the same as the old domain as well.

Also its been 12 days since the OP, shouldn't a support person have chimed in by now?
