Hello, I am a new user. My wife and I are using a team account for our separate projects, and we have both suddenly encountered the same performance issues. Responses have become extremely slow; translating a subpage takes 5–10 minutes and frequently results in a timeout.
I attempted to resolve this by duplicating the chat, assuming the response time was linked to the history length, but the problem persists. Additionally, I am being charged approximately $5 per translation, which has depleted my credits rapidly. Could you please confirm if there is an ongoing system outage or if this is a known technical bug? I would like to continue my work as soon as possible.
