I don’t understand how the PRO plan renewal works

I don’t understand how the PRO plan renewal works. I already paid for the previous billing cycle, then I moved my service to another server that better suited my needs, so I felt I didn’t need the PRO plan anymore and canceled it. But that caused my remaining services to become inaccessible. I thought maybe I needed to pay some leftover amount from the old PRO plan to continue using them. So I renewed PRO to cover that payment (if any) and to regain access to those remaining services, and then I canceled PRO immediately afterward (since those services only need the HOBBY plan). But after canceling PRO, everything got PAUSED again?! Now do I need to renew PRO once more? And will it charge me another $20 again? I really don’t understand.

Pro services require an active subscription. They don’t continue running after you cancel your plan.

It sounds like you already have a Hobby team in addition to your Pro team. Otherwise, the Pro team would have downgraded to Hobby when you cancelled your plan.

Each account is limited to one team on the Hobby plan. If you attempt to downgrade a Pro team while already having a Hobby team, the platform will either require one team to be deleted or the two teams to be merged.

Try moving the projects to your Hobby team and let me know if you have any trouble with it.
