Lost my passkey device, used last passcode to log in, now not able to generate new ones

so I am logged in, but when I try to re-authenticate using my last recovery code (which I used to login), it’s showing as invalid or already used. That’s a frustrating situation since it’s blocking me from adding new security methods.
