I received a notification that read: You are out of messages - your limit will reset at 8:00 PM.
I opted to pay $30. When I went to continue prompting, I noticed I could not, and the message persisted.
How do I resolve this?
I can see the $30 in credits in your account, do you see them if you click your avatar and check under “Purchased credits”?
If you see them there and it still won’t let you prompt, that sounds like a bug.
- Is the project under your user or under a separate team?
- Does it block you on new chats or just your existing one?
- If just one, can you share a chat ID/URL? You can keep it private
