Refund plan

I purchased a plan intending to upgrade my personal workspace, but your UI and checkout process didn’t make it clear that the Team plan applies only to a separate Team workspace. Now my personal workspace is still on the free plan, and the paid plan is stuck on a workspace I don’t need.

This is a UX issue on your side — it was not clear during purchase that personal and team plans are separate. Please process a full refund, as I wanted to upgrade my personal workspace, not pay for a Team workspace I won’t use.

You can open a Billing support case from Help to get your refund.

If you’ve already opened a case, rest assured our support team will help you as soon as they get to the ticket.

You can get a refund quickly by using the above Help form, we have it fully automated for recent purchases

however you can also transfer your existing projects from your personal workspace to the team workspace if that helps
