Unexpected $20 charge for Team Seats — I only wanted Premium

I was charged $20 but I don’t know what it’s for. My invoice number is 2939-3228 and 38F78BCE-0001. In the invoice details, $20 was paid for “Team Seats”. I just wanted to upgrade my account to premium, I don’t accept such a payment, please help

Hi @seerhatuzun-gmailcom, can you share the steps you took to make this purchase? Because it looks like you bought a Vercel Pro plan instead of v0 premium.

Just like I explained in my other ticket, I was constantly trying to make the payment, and after clicking the support link shown in the error message, a payment screen appeared. I’m not sure if it was within Vercel or not. After that, since I kept getting errors, I tried using a different card just to be safe — and this time it worked. But I was surprised to see that I didn’t get the Premium plan. I thought I was paying for v0 Premium. These are all the steps I took.

I see. Can you share where you started the purchase process from? Because I’m confused how you got routed from a v0 purchase to Vercel purchase.

It said “Upgrade Pro” under my name in Vercel, and I clicked on it. But I swear, I clicked on it thinking I was upgrading to Premium.

I’m sorry about the confusion. I can confirm that you did indeed purchase Vercel Pro, rather than v0 Premium. We’ve passed on this feedback internally to make sure we don’t have future confusion.

For now, I recommend that you create a support case for a refund on Vercel Pro. Feel free to attach the link to this case for reference.

When you’re ready, you can purchase v0 Premium by going to https://v0.dev/ and from the bottom left-hand corner, click your name then Upgrade Plan.

From the modal, click Premium and follow the steps to upgrade.

I did what you said and tried to create a support request, but I received a strange error. I’m attaching the error screenshot. Afterwards, I created a new post in the community titled “help” — just letting you know.

I am requesting a refund for my purchase of Vercel Pro with the invoice ID 38F78BCE-0001 because it was made by mistake. I received an email confirming the confusion regarding my purchase. I am also attaching a screenshot of the email content for reference. Since I was unable to open a case due to the error caused by the mistake, I am submitting my request here.

Could you visit Vercel and create a Pro trial team? Once you create a team, you should be able to create the case. Let us know if you are still facing this issue.
