URGENT: Production paused, can't pay — stale Stripe PaymentIntent blocking all payments

Hi team, I need help escalating an urgent billing issue on my Pro plan. My live production project is paused due to an unpaid invoice, but I am unable to pay it — every attempt (including with a brand new card) fails with “A processing error occurred.”

After checking the Stripe hosted invoice page, I found the root cause: a payment from 28 May 2026 (Visa ••••9143) has been stuck in “Payment processing” for over 16 days — past Stripe’s 14-day confirmation window. Because Stripe won’t accept a second payment on an invoice while one is already processing, this stale PaymentIntent is blocking every new attempt.

I’ve also confirmed with my bank (HDFC) that zero transaction attempts have reached them, which means this is a Stripe/Vercel-side processing failure, not a card decline.
