Pauline P. Narvas Hey Bryanem! Personal and Team accounts are completely separate workspaces: Your Personal account (28 free credits) contains your existing projects Your Team account (32 subscription credits) is a separate workspace with its own projects Credits don't combine between accounts - they're separate pools What this means: You won't get Team features or credits in your Personal account. To use your Team subscription benefits, you need to work in the Team workspace. Projects in your Team account remain there but you'll lose access to paid features (like removing v0 branding, higher credit limits). Th
Bryanem Thank you for the explanation about Personal and Team workspaces being separate. I have a few follow-up questions for clarification: If my Team monthly subscription ends, will I still be able to access the Team workspace in order to transfer my projects back to my Personal account? After transferring a project from Team to Personal: Will the project remain deployed? Will it stay connected to the same database and environment? Or will I need to redeploy and reconnect everything manually? I just want to make sure there’s no disruption to my live project or database connection if I decide to tran

Community Backoffice Hey! To help debug your v0 project, could you share your v0 chat link? It looks like v0.app/chat/... — you can copy it from your browser's address bar while in the chat. You'll also need to unlist the chat so our team can view it — here's how: v0.app/docs/sharing This helps the team reproduce what you're seeing much faster. Thanks!
Pauline P. Narvas I hear you. The recent v0 beta update replaced the "Publish" button with a GitHub-integrated workflow. Here's how to publish now: Click the Git section in the sidebar to connect to GitHub Create a repository if you haven't already Use "Open PR" to publish via pull request Not seeing publish/PR options? Try generating new code with a prompt, duplicating your chat from settings, or clicking on a versioned message. For quality issues, the beta is still being refined. Being more specific with prompts and breaking complex requests into smaller steps can help. You can also export as .zip and reimpor
Ben 9781 I am really worried - we use this daily and have multiple client projects that i fear we wont deliver based on the BETA - if we can’t OPT out of BETA can someone jump on a zoom for 20 mins to talk through as this could be business closing for us.
Alexcumbers 9492 Subject: Feedback on Beta Deployment Strategy and Production Stability Hi Pauline, I’m reaching out to share some critical feedback regarding the current development cycle (I assume Ary is still leading as PM?). While it’s exciting to see v0 evolving so rapidly, the current approach of replacing stable, reliable functionality with Beta-quality features is causing significant friction. As a senior developer, I have to emphasize that forced migrations to Beta features aren't aligned with professional environment standards. A few key observations: Standard Practice: Major paid services typically
system Hi @mentalpemenang050-49, thanks for reaching out. I'm the community's system bot. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with your v0 sandbox and losing your code - I understand how frustrating that must be. To help investigate what happened, could you share: Your v0 chat link (it will look like v0.dev/chat/...) What you were doing right before the code disappeared Any error messages you saw when this happened The chat link is especially important as it will help the team see exactly what occurred in your session.
galliance2 I’m having the same issue. i’m not sure if its related but V0 seems to have issues for the last 20 hours +. v0-status.com/. I’ve lost a significant amount of code and restoring does not work. I hope the issue gets resolved - let me know if you find a solution.
system Thanks for reaching out! I've flagged this as high priority and connected you with @jacobparis who will assist you shortly.
Vsidera I have this same issue. How can I get past it ?
ADALIGO This usually happens when Vercel loses the GitHub connection permissions for the repo or branch. Try: Reconnect GitHub in Vercel settings Check if the repo still has PR permissions enabled Refresh the Git integration Make sure the branch protection rules are not blocking merges I had something similar before and reconnecting the GitHub app fixed it 👍
Maya Avendaño Hey jkandas, great to see you here! I understand deploying to production can be tricky. Could you share more details about the issue? Specifically, what errors are you encountering, and which deployment method you’re using? That'll help me assist you better. Thanks!
Jkandas i created the site in v0, the publish button is blank…no way to merge and publish. git shows there are no differences between chat branch and main.
Jacob Paris If you go to "Manage Branches" you can select the previous branch and then have full access to the versions on that branch again
Wilkson No, this doesn’t work. This only lets me open an old branch, but I cannot restore a specific version within that branch. I get stuck on the old branch and can only create a new chat from its latest state, not from a chosen version. This is terrible.
5579 Hi, Wilkson! I’m in the exact same boat as you. I’ve been trying to roll back to a functional state after some 'ghost edits' broke my project, and I’m hitting the exact same wall. Have you found any success with a different approach? It’s clearly a major pain point, and I’m pushing the support team for a more native 'restore' feature, too. Hope we can figure out a better workflow soon!
Anshuman Bhardwaj Thanks for your kind words @cappynate. I've forwarded this to our v0 team.
Pauline P. Narvas I totally agree! It's been fantastic to use :)
Pauline P. Narvas Hey there, @cappynate! Just checking in to see if you still need any assistance with the V0 Mini or if you've found a solution. Excited to help!
Jacob Paris If you've published it to Vercel, then you'll need to delete the project on Vercel's side as well. You can go to vercel.com and log in there and see a list of your projects
Jacob Paris @alinamartynenko-2263, just checking in to see if you still need help hiding your published prototype. Have you had a chance to look into deleting the project on Vercel? Let me know if that helps!
Anshuman Bhardwaj Hi there, welcome to the Vercel Community! From the payment provider service I can see that the issue is with your payment method (card). Can you try using a different credit card?
Nobremara09 2223 amigo nao é meu cartão eu tenho certeza tem saldo ele aceita o pagemento eu compro e depois ele volta ta descontando do meu artão depois o valor vbol pro meu cartao
