Account still showing Hobby plan after Business upgrade

Opened a support ticket #877693, but posting here since still no response, and I see there’s a notice about errors creating support center cases.

I upgraded my account to the Business plan, but my account is still showing as Hobby. This is limiting what I can do and the features aren’t working as expected for the Business tier. I need my account to reflect the correct Business plan upgrade so I can access all the features I’m entitled to.

Can someone please help me resolve this?

You only need v0 Business if you want the Training Opt Out option as shown on the pricing tier here v0 by Vercel

When v0 projects publish, they hand off to Vercel who is in charge of hosting and deployment, which has its own free hobby tier but also paid tiers for more usage. Hobby accounts can only trigger 1 cron job per day.

Unless you do in fact need the v0 Business features, you may want to cancel/refund that subscription and get the Vercel Pro subscription instead
