My Premium Plan Monthly Credits Stuck at $0.00 / $20.00 — Serious Loss

Hi, I need urgent help with my account.

I’m on the v0 Premium Plan ($20/mo), but my Monthly Credits have been stuck at $0.00 / $20.00 for a very long time — they have never reset or replenished.

What’s even stranger, the message showing “Your monthly credits reset in 9 days” keeps increasing day by day instead of counting down. This clearly means something is wrong with the system.

I have never used my Monthly Credits — only Gifted Credits, which are now completely used up. For the past few days, I’ve been unable to use v0 at all, which has severely delayed my work and caused major losses.

I’m paying every month for a plan that gives me zero usable credits. Please fix this immediately, and restore all the Monthly Credits I should have received since my subscription started.

This issue is urgent and unacceptable. Please respond as soon as possible.
