Support issue that Vercel AI confirms cannot be resolved in the UI and requires team member intervention. No reply whatsoever after 4 days of waiting.
Not a great start. Considering alternatives like Cloudflare or Netlify as this level of service is unacceptable for an operating business with deliverables and deadlines.
