Premium Package v0: Limited number of messages.

Hello, I have been granted gifted credits, but I’m still experiencing a message limit. How can I fix this?

Also, in the billing section it shows that I have a Premium Plan ($0/mo, complimentary access — no charges). Could you clarify why I still have limits and how to resolve this?
