Fixing Premium plan billing and credit mismatch in v0

Hello v0 team!

I have a billing/plan mismatch:

1. Billing page shows “Premium Plan $20/mo” (renew Feb 22), but Monthly Credits = $5.00/$5.00 (should be $20) and no $2 daily credits (“$2 of free daily credits on login” from pricing).

2. Pricing page still shows “Select Plan” for Premium, as if it’s not active.

• Fix Monthly Credits to $20 for Premium.
• Enable $2 daily credits.
• Mark Premium as active on pricing page.
