Hi Vercel community,
I have two teams under my account. Team B is already on the Hobby plan, and Team A is on the Pro plan. I’m trying to downgrade Team A to the Hobby plan, but when I try through the dashboard I see an error:
“Unable to complete downgrade. One or more teams failed.”
I’ve followed the guidance to remove Monitoring and Log Drains resources and verified there are no active add‑ons. I also don’t see any outstanding invoices. Despite this, the downgrade still fails.
Has anyone run into this? Is there some other resource or setting I need to disable, or could this error be due to having multiple teams (one already on Hobby)? Any help would be much appreciated.
