Why Vercel v0 forces new users onto Team plans instead of personal accounts

i have case for over 11 days now yet no response i was charge for same product twice, this is terrible as no one has responded to my case.

i was charge for v0 twice same day, i paid $30 for upgrade and the payment was valid an hour later i was asked to pay for same invoice.

Current Status

its so frustrating knowing is a system clicht from there end and there are no phone numbers to reach out to, no live agents just chating with a robot, so frustrating, please has anyone here experience this before, or am i the first
