v0 Premium subscription credits not applied after payment and support delay

Hey everyone,

I need to warn the community about what’s currently happening with v0.app. I love the tool itself, but the billing and customer service are currently a disaster.

Problem

I upgraded to the $20 Premium plan 48 hours ago. My card was charged immediately, yet my account still hasn’t received the 20 credits. I am stuck paying for a service I literally cannot use.

Current Behavior

  • Upgraded to Premium plan ($20)
  • Card charged immediately
  • Account shows 0 credits after 48 hours
  • Support tickets receiving no response

But what’s genuinely unacceptable is the absolute silence from Vercel/v0. I have reached out to support, and I am getting completely ghosted. There is practically zero customer service—even for paying subscribers.

I’m making this post because after digging around, I see way too many people affected by similar issues (missing subscription credits, missing referral credits) with absolutely no response or resolution from the team.

I’m bringing this up here with my tech community to gather testimonies. If you are experiencing this, please speak up in the replies. We need to hold them accountable because right now, taking money without delivering the product and ignoring support tickets is just a scam.

Has anyone who faced this actually gotten their credits or a refund, or is the team just ignoring everyone? Be very careful before upgrading your v0 account right now.
